Introduction: Potholder Bracelet

Follow this simple instructable to make a comfortable bracelet using the loom bands from a loom potholder kit.

I hope you enjoy.

This is a tringirl project that she uploaded to my account.

Step 1: Preparation.

This is an extremely easy 5 minute project.

For the supplies just search for "cotton potholder loops". I am not going to endorse a supplier as these are easy to obtain.

For this bracelet we used 15 cotton loops in two different colors.

That is all you need.

Step 2: The Weave

Follow the pics for the best description.

Start with one loop and twist it alternating the twist over your four fingers.

Take a second loop and do the same process.

Then pull the bottom loop over the top of your finger.

Take another loop and twist it over your fingers just like step one and two and then pull the bottom loop over your fingers.

Repeat this process until you have your desired length.

Step 3: Finish the Weave

For this step just follow the pics. It is easy to do, confusing to try and explain.

Step 4: Tie the Bracelet

You will be left with a tail after the last step.

Take the tail and run it through a loop on the opposite side and tie it off at your desired length and you are finished.

Step 5: The Product

Tringirl was having technical issues but wanted this uploaded so we worked on this as another daddy daughter instructable. Please check out her profile and give her some positive feedback.

She has followed the same steps and created necklaces and a hair band cover.

I am proud of this girl and happy that we could spend time making this.

If you decide yo make this project please upload a pic in the comments.

Thank you for checking this out.
