Powdered Sugar Butter Cakes

1 15.25 oz. yellow cake mix butter recipe

1 cup water

3 eggs

1/3 stick of butter

2 cups powdered sugar

3 Tablespoons melted butter

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease two muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray. Mix up cake mix according to directions on the box. Fill muffin tins 1/3 of the way full with cake batter. Bake for 10 minutes or until cupcakes are golden brown. Let cool and remove from muffin tins. Brush tops of cupcakes with butter and roll cupcakes in powdered sugar. Serve and Enjoy! Makes 24-30 cupcakes
