Recycling and Reusing Old Carpeting

So you've just put in hardwood flooring and you don't know what to do with the "remains" of your old carpet. If you have a tractor or RV that sits around a lot in the Sun those tires need some protection. Custom covers if you like but droopy suits me just fine.
