blender

knife

Spirits of choice

glass

Step 2: Prepare and Blend

Begin by slicing and dicing all the fruits you have chosen for your concoction. If you want to peel first, do so. I do not peel my fruit, unpeeled produce contains higher amounts of vitamins, minerals, and other beneficial plant compounds. However, some folks have a hard time digesting the unpeeled produce, so check with your guests!

Add fruit to blender with about 3/4 cup of liquid. anything works, even water. Lemonade is fun too.

Blend thoroughly. The amount of liquid you add will determine the consistency of your concoction.

Step 3: Almost Ready to Serve

Depending on the type of spirits you choose to add (or not) now is the time to add that to the lender...again this is a matter of taste, the selection, and amount of alcohol is up to you.

Pour, add an ice cube and garnish with a lemon slice

ENJOY!
