Repair a button of the Garmin Oregon.

If you have a garmin Oregon, than it's going to happen... the button stops working or just is gone...

Step 1:

Before you start... I can not take responsibility !!!!!!!

The first thing to do is removing the battery's.

than clean the rubber where the button has been.

don't drop the rubber in the Garmin!!!!!

Step 2:

Now get a button that fits in the new hole.

Break down the button and just take the red plastic button part.

Cut of all the extra plastic you do not need

place the button in the garmin and try if it fits...

I cut away a bit of plastic at the schreen side (now it's all flat with body)

Now take out the tape....

place the button in the hole, place a bit of tape on top of the button(with the stick side up!!)

than place tape over it.

and with a sharp knife cut away on the edge.

finale stap: replace the battery and try if it works

oke it's not waterproof but it will work.
