Introduction: SS - Fiery Furnace

We had both a giant cardboard box and a pleasant Saturday afternoon available so I decided we should make a fiery furnace hell beast for our Sunday School lesson (we are working our way through King Nebuchadnezzar and am up to to the men thrown into the furnace).

Spray paint, christmas lights, a fog machine and we had a great prop for the following morning. The kids made an origami angel, memorized a verse from Daniel and then had fun hamming it up inside the furnace. I emphasized that if they didn't repeat the verse correctly that they would get burned up... no pressure ;)

I was particularly pleased with the smoke coming out of the horns.

PS I realize I am procrastinating about my Tesla coil which I really need to get done this week :)
