Balkan Life - Sarma.
Sarma are the Balkans equivalent of Cabbage Rolls.
Its that time of year here in the western Balkans where New Year, Orthodox Christmas and many Orthodox saint's Days are celebrated in rapid succession.
Large meals (read banquets) are the norm.
Almost every meal will have a course of Sarma.
Its so traditional.
