This is an easy way to display your shell collection

Step 1: Supplies

Supplies (A lizard snuck in the photo!):
- Shells
- Wooden Ring
- Hot glue gun
- Shell necklace or small shell beads
- Clear String (ex. fishing line)
- Hook

Step 2: Drill Holes in Top

Drill 8 holes in the wooden ring that will become the top of your mobile.

Step 3: Glue Shells to Top

Use hot glue to secure shells to the wooden ring (I covered both the top and bottom sides).  I filled in the gaps with small shells.  Leave  space around the drilled holes.

Step 4: Secure Hook

- Cut 8 long pieces of string.  4 pieces should be the length you want the mobile strings to be.  The remaining 4 should be longer to account for strings that will be attached to the hook.

- Tie the stings to the wood using the drilled holes and then secure with hot glue.  String small shell beads onto the top portion of the 4 extra-long pieces.  These strings should be tied both to the wood and to the hook at the top.  Glue shells around the drilled holes.

Step 5: Glue on Shells

Start at the top and string shell beads onto each string, then use hot glue to attach a larger shell.  Repeat this pattern all the way down each string.

Step 6: Hang
