Simple Cheap Halloween Wall Decor
What you need.
1. Lid of basket
2. Old Ribbon spray painted, black. I did mine brown
3. Any party circle you want to match your decor for Halloween
4. LED light to shine behind
Step one, spray paint lid and ribbon
Step two glue gun on.
Looks modern and is all from my recycle bin
