Hey all,

This Instructable will be teaching you how to make one of my favourite small weapons.
This thing can shoot anything from a pencil, to a bean.. It can also shoot a sharpened pencil through a soda can :)
You'll probobly have all of the supplies you need around the house. But if not, they'll cost about 3$ at an arts and crafts store.

CAUTION!!!
THIS IS AN EXTREMELLY POWERFUL DEVICE.
I AM NOT SUBJECT TO ANY BLAME FOR INJURIES CAUSED WITH THIS DEVICE!!!

Step 1: What You Will Need.

The only supplies you'll need are:

1. A water bottle.

2. A Balloon.

3. A knife (Like an X-acto knife).

4. (Optional) Some rubber bands.

Step 2: How to Build It: the Bottle Part

First off......
Take you water bottle and cut off the end with the cap on it.
After its cut off, cut down the flimsy plastic until you have something that looks like the second image.

Step 3: How to Build It: the Balloon Part

Now for the balloon.....
Take the balloon and cut the "neck" of it off. (The black line in the pic is where you should cut)

Thats all for the balloon part......

Step 4: Now to Build It......

We build it by taking the open end of the balloon and stretching it over the bottom part of the water bottle neck.

(Optional)

If you want the balloon to stay on a little better, you can put some rubber bands around the part where the balloon is attatched to the bottle.
