The Wheel Mobile

My idea for the Wheel Mobile was spawned by the concept of creating a device where every wheel was affected by, and also affected, another wheel. Sort of like cogs and gears. At first I placed one wheel on top of another, then another, then another, until every wheel spun the one above it. Then the idea of having the wheels leaning against each other to form a sort of arc came to mind.
All said and done, after several prototypes and a lot of hair pulling due to non-working constructions, what you see here is represents the third iteration of The Wheel Mobile (the end of the video shows photos of the first two prototypes). I hope you enjoy it.
