Step 1: Start Cutting

Cut 2 pieces of pallet wood at the same length with any kind of saw that you have close. I chose 35cm of length.

Step 2: Gluing

Sand roughly one side of both pieces to remove the asperity of it so the glue can stick better.

Apply glue over all the sanded pallet sides and sandwich them togheter.

Use clamps or heavy stones to apply pressure.

Step 3: Draw

Draw all the lines that you'll need to cut.

You should know that the average length from side to side of a toilet paper is 10cm, and from the center to the end of the paper, 6cm.

Step 4: Cut and Shape the Wood

Use a Jig Saw to do all the cutting.

First cut out the edges, and since it's already clamped down, sand it flush.

Step 5: Sand

Sand everything with 80 grit paper going through 120, 180 and finish with 220 grit sand paper.

Step 6: The Holder Itself

For the actual holder, I used a broomstick that I found.

Use a knife or screw driver, or a chisel to carve the pallet wood for the broomstick stick.

Step 7: Finish

Apply oil or varnish to finish the project.

And remove the excess with a dry rag.
