Learn how to make these adorable Toilet Paper Roll Owls with Annelise and Julia. They are fun for puppet play and are also easily made into Christmas ornaments. Happy Crafting!
You will need:
Toilet paper roll
Paint OR construction paper
Paintbrush (we use it to apply glue as well as paint)
Sheet of felt
Wiggly eyes
Scissors
Glue (we prefer Mod Podge because it dries quickly)
