Introduction: Undertale Inspired, "Butterscotch Cinnamon Pie"

Inspired from the hit RPG, Undertale, this pie is something I came up with that I think Toriel, the keeper of the ruins, would be proud of.

Step 1: Ingredients and Supplies

Ingredients:

For the crust

2 and 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup softened butter
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 TBSP water


For the filling

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
1 cup milk
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Step 2: Prepare the Pie Crust

Cut the flour into the butter with a pastry blender then add the nutmeg, sugar, and water. Stir lightly just until water is mixed in. no more, no less. bake on 350 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 3: Make the Filling

Mix together all the ingredients for the filling exept the butter and brown sugar. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan on med. heat. Add the brown sugar halfway through melting. add the filling mixture and cook until thickened. DON'T STOP STIRRING. The final mixture should have stiffened to the point where it molds to the shape of the pan.

Immediately remove from heat and pour into finished pie crust. Smooth out the filling. Chill in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours

Serve.

your final product should be just thicker than pumpkin pie, more or less.
