Amplifiers for musical instruments have many analogic potentiometers used to increase or decrease the sound volume and the effect intensity.

To clone the lost knob and to be able to regulate the sound level fastly, Sugru represented the best solution. First, model the rubber in a cylindrical form and push it slowly in the potentiometer lever. A small set screw has the purpose to connect rubber to potentiometer lever, so that knob rotation is united to the potentiometer lever rotation. By little screwdriver is possibile to create circularly little caves, so that grip during rotation is greater. At the end is necessary to paint a small white line for the indication level.
