Introduction: White Raisin Banana Muffins

This is a delicious twist on banana bread! This recipe also has the perfect blend of sweetness.   P.S., if you want more of that banana flavor, just toss in some extra bananas! The more dense the recipe is, the more moist it will be and the more bananas you will taste.

2 ⅓ cups of flour
3 eggs
½ cup of butter
¼ tsp of baking powder
¼ tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of salt
¼ tsp of nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and coat the muffin pans with non-stick spray or lightly oil them

1). Mash up ripe bananas in a bowl
2). In a separate bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients and mix them
3). Mix the sugar and butter in a blender
4). Add the eggs one by one to the sugar and butter mix and blend them in
5). Add bananas and dry ingredients to sugar and butter mix by alternating between the bananas and the dry ingredients until they are completely blended in.
6). Add white raisins to the mix and continue to blend until they are fully mixed in
7). Scoop the muffin mix into the muffin pans (only fill the trays halfway with the mix so the muffins won't overflow)
8). Bake muffins for 20 minutes in the preheated oven
9). When the muffins are finished baking, lightly glaze the muffin tops with butter

And viola! You're done! :) Enjoy!
