Zipper Cat Hair Band

Hello Everyone !! I made this Sewed Zipper Cat from my Rice bag Zip !!!

You wont believe its easy to make .. You will be happy that you can customize your head bands here after :):)

Supplies

Things Needed

• Zipper
• Thread & Needle
• Color Stones /Stickers
• News paper roll
• Glue
• Head Band

Step 1: Let's Make Head

Take zip , sewing thread and Needle.

Make running stitch for few inches

Pull it out closely (it should be bit tight )

Make stitches until you get your desired size .

Tie a knot and cut extra zipper

Step 2: Let's Make the Body

Take remaining zip , sewing thread and Needle.

Make running stitch for few inches

Pull it out closely (it should be bit tight ) Make stitches until you get your desired size .

Tie a knot and cut extra zipper

Note : The shape of body must be bigger than head :)

This step is same as making head

Step 3: Let's Connect Head and Body

Take Head and Body

Sew them together

Step 4: Let's Make Ears

Take zipper length of 1.5 inches

Trim a bit of white cloth beneath the zipper

Fold it into half and sew it

Make 2 of these

Step 5: Let's Connect Ears

Take 2 pieces of Ears

Sew them on both sides of face

Step 6: Let's Make Legs

Take zipper length of 1.5 inches

Trim a bit of white cloth beneath the zipper

Make "U" shape and sew it

Make 2 of these

Step 7: Let's Connect Legs

Take 2 pieces of Legs

Sew them below on both sides of body

Step 8: Let's Connect Tail

Take zipper of length 2 inches.

Cut the cloth beneath zipper line

Sew it to side of body

Step 9: Let's Make Whisker

Cut a small length of zipper

You can see through zipper a stitched portion of cloth , if you remove that carefully you can take out cloth piece

Now we have got spiral shaped piece

I have taken 4 such pieces

Step 10: Sew Whiskers

Sew whiskers

Sew 2 whiskers on each sides of face

Step 11: Making Eyes and Nose

I have used color stickers and stones for Eyes and nose

Step 12: It's Design Time

I have Glued newspaper roll at centre.

Step 13: Attach It to Your Hair Band

Take a hair band

I have stitched my Cat to Hair Band

Note: You can Glue them if you want

Ta daaa !! Our Zipper Sew Cat is ready to wear :)
