3D Wooden Moquette in to a 3D Plastic Design

I created a stand-alone 4 ft tall, 3D puzzle structure out of wood.  I dream of it being re-created into hollow plastic; a kit for rehabilitations centers and children's hospitals.  A puzzle that is jumbo, and requires team work, but is also slobber proof, and children friendly. 

Can anyone help.
