About Power Supply?

Supposed my LED Strip 5 meter.

60 LEDs (pixel) per 1 meter and 60mA per pixel then I will need:

60mA * 60 Pixel = 3600 mA = 3.6 A max

Arduino need about 50mA.
Total I will need: 60mA * 300 (pixel) + 50mA = 18050mA (about 18.05A).
It is possible to use external power supply 5V with 30A or 60A for this 5m LED Strip?

Yes, you can use a large amperage supply with a smaller load, as circuits only draw the current they need. I would prototype using 1m of strip and a 5A supply, then try to optimize your code to use a lower brightness, fewer LEDs lit up at a time, etc. to save power when moving to a larger scale.
