Answers vs. Forum?

I'm new to instructables and just getting the hang of things. I'm not sure I really get the difference between what should go on the forum and what should be posed as a question. Here's my forum post, but after I did it I thought it maybe should have been a question...
Thanks

This Question forum (Eric, correct me if I am wrong) is more for specific questions have One or more specific answer (How do it....; Where can I buy, find, obtain....; how does this work...;  etc.).

The burning questions section was for Questions concerning the making of an instructable (asking or suggesting how or what could be made, etc.).  The rest of the forum is for everything else; even questions of a general sense, like yours.
