At least they're on top and where you normally put pressure on your hands.

Since you've now said that they are'nt really blisters just raw skin I would suggest just applying an over the counter antiboitic ointment.  That will keep the skin from drying out and clean.

From my long experience of rowing blisters, gruesome as it sounds, I find the best way is to cut it open and trim around the edges with a pair of sharp and sterilised wire cutters back to the solid skin, tapering the edge.  Then keep it clean but allow as much air as possible to get to it - Use a very loose plaster if necessary.  It will dry out and the underlying skin will harden off and recover within a couple of days.

(see coment above)
In that case, just keep it clean and dry and let the air get to it.

I find that the best is to break it open and put a plaster on to keep it flat.

Time, though, is your only friend.

If  the blisters haven't popped, pierce them with a sterilized needle and drain the fluid. Try to keep the covering skin intact. Cover loosely with a band-aid.
If the blister has broken open, rinse it with clean running water, pat dry and apply an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin, then cover loosely with a band-aid.
