Are there any other free CAD programs that I canuse with .123d files in place of autodesk?

I was wondering if anybody knew of some free CAD programs that I can use with .123d files other than autodesk.

The reason I want this is because I can not get autodesk to work on my computer.

I haven't worked with 123d files yet but I read that they are just regular format 3d drawing files and if you rename them .dwg you can load them into any program and use them that way.

Your mileage may vary.

Copy one of them and try it.
