Baking small portion biscuits?

We just had the most marvelous biscuits at Stoney River
All well and good but I want to bake this marvel in very small quantities like 6 biscuits max

Can I do this and arrive at a marvelous result. Or is quantity king?

The key to making biscuits is using very cold butter and rolling and folding the dough gently to achieve the flaky layers that we all love, no matter what the amount of dough is. It is definitely achievable in small portions!
