Basic outdoor fm antennae?

I need to make a basic fm antennae for my reciever inside my mancave,  It's a steel shed converted and inside reception drives me crazy.  I do have basic poles and some wire types in my arsenal.  Someone PLEASE HELP.  I need my music to keep my sanity if you can relate.

You already know to put it outside because a metal man cave shed
is like a Faraday-Cage limiting signal inside
.
If you know where to get old style 300 ohm ribbon lead wire.

Here is a simple antenna you can suspend anywhere outside.

You can get a twin lead dipole for FM at Radio Shack. Works for me.

A chepo old style, used even, TV antenna has an FM antenna built into it. Just get one from somebody that has switched to digital and still has the old antenna stuck on the roof.
