CNC miller for uber cheap to build guitar bodies

I would like to find a instructable that is really easy to make really cheap really powerful. I have a router. I just need some help figuring it out. MANY THANKS

I would build guitar bodies with templates, not CNC unless you're trying to carve some very unique shapes out of the body.

Take a Fender Telecaster for example. CNC would be a waste of time and effort setting it up.  You can buy a cheap template off the net and just cut, route, and sand the shape.

Here's a forum thread discussing this topic with a lot of great links: http://www.tdpri.com/forum/telecaster-discussion-forum/59074-tele-template.html

Also,  as Steveastrouk says, you're not going to find a cheap and powerful CNC mill.  Even homebrew.

Good luck!

Pick one or the other, you can't have both.  Perhaps there's a machine shop selling off old equipment, that will sell you a mill (CNC or manual, which you could convert).
Uber cheap and Uber powerful are not compatible - you HAVE to have a very strong frame to make a powerful machine, and that will cost.
