Can I modify a cassette player earphone output to lineout ?

My cassette player do not have a line out output.

Yes you just need the right audio cable. That is a cable with a stereo-jack that fits your headphone socket on one end, and a stereo jack that fits line-in on whatever it is you want to connect. These things tend to be standardised and easy to find L

It can probably be done, yes. Essentially your head phone port takes the signal coming out of the tape reader, and then passes it through electronics to change the amplification of the signal. Adding a line out should be possible by soldering to the trace where the signal(s) come from before they pass through the volume dial (potentiometer). I don't know what the expected signal level is for most devices, but you may need to amplify it to bring it up to that level.
