Can I solder together 2 3.5mm jacks to a bluetooth audio receiver?

I have a StereoStream bluetooth audio receiver (http://i.ebayimg.com/t/Bluetooth-Audio-Receiver-/00/s/Njg3WDYyMw==/z/590AAOxyzHxRR5IV/$T2eC16N,!w0E9szN%28muuBRR5IUpUCg~~60_3.JPG) can I solder another 3.5mm jack with this one onto the circuit board and get audio out of both jacks?

Yes you can but be aware that doing so splits the signal 2 ways reducing the overall volume of the signal. Especially if both devices using the device are on at the same time. This could also introduce some static to the signal reducing quality.

Yes... Depending if you use one at a time.
Use both at the same time see mpilchfamily's answer
