Can I use ipod accesories for Iphone 2g(a1203)?
I see lots of $1 accessories in stores for Ipod movie and other ipods like ipod movie cable for Tv, as well as car charger (after modification) will this Ipod data connector?

Just check your accesoire here:

Below each accesoire there is a list of each ipod it is compactible with. Just see if your iphone is on the list (it also tells you which version) and if it is it will work :)
If you should buy accesoires that are not made by apple but by an other company I wouldn't count on it. Usually these are just made for the Ipod they advertise otherwise they would tell you on the package.
