Can someone identify this component for me!?

I'm trying to repair of broken lcd inverter board, I've replaced some blown capacitors but still doesn't work. I didn't want to, but I have to guess these timers (I say timers just because they have 8 legs, I really have no idea what they are) with scorch marks around them might be a little screwed up.

Upon googling the numbers, NOTHING comes up. Not a single hit. The furthest one in the picture is:

P605
BZ6N34

The closest one that has really bad scorch marks is:

P605
BD6P27

I really want to know what I can replace these with, anyone have any ideas?
