Can you compost fruit that has been in an alcoholic drink like Sangria?

I was just curious if you could compost fruit that has been floating around in an alcoholic drink. I wasn't sure if it would kill off the bacteria in the compost heap or not.

I would think the alcahol would probably evaporate off after a while. But it would definetly add alcahol to the compost. Maybe leave it out to dry in the sunshine for a week or until completely dry.
