Can you jailbreak an iphone to use Verizon Wireless cell phone service?
Someone once told me that you can jailbreak an iphone to use Verizon but I wasn't sure if they were right, and I didn't want to find out after I had bought one that you could not.

sort of.... you could use a Verizon mifi to give your iPhone internet access and then get the Skype app to make calls over the internet, but the actual call coverage would be about the same as at&t (depending on what state you are in) any way it costs less than the iPhone does on at&t so as long as you have Verizon 3g coverage and you don't go over your download limits its actual a good deal and its a little cheaper....hope that helps :)
