I'm going to go with Kiteman's answer. You can try to sell stuff to a degree. The important things to keep in mind is, it should be DIY motivated, and you shouldn't post constantly to sell things. A post from time to time is okay, but don't go any farther than that. Also, you can post projects and then, say, link to an etsy store where you also sell that project. While it is fun to see how to make things, many people aren't going to have the time and would still be interested in buying even after learning how to make something.
What types of things are you interested in selling?
You can TRY to sell stuff. My limited experience at trying it didn't bring any results. There is a marketplace forum with a set of rules to follow.
There is even a "for sale" forum: https://www.instructables.com/community?categoryGr...
Just remember not to stray into spam, and be careful sharing personal details with strangers.
Nope it's considered spam, although so get away with it by wrapping it up in a really inyeresting project.
