I personally wouldn't, The extreme heat from the self clean mode then the cooling process could enlarge the crack further. Just use some elbow grease ;)

I wouldn't cause self cleaning heats up the oven and trys to burn crud away (I think). A crack would have heat seeping away and you'll get huge energy bills.
