Cell Phone Providers?

I found a watch phone(s) on eBay that has TXT, GSM, and WAP capabilities for a good price. Anyways I need to know what provider I can use it with. I want to at least have the TXT and GSM. The WAP would be cool too! Thanks, joespicnictables

You need to check whether the phone is unlocked (so you can add your own sim), or comes with a sim card.
