I want to built this binary watch but the code is in "C" here is code and i dont know to programm with this kind of code,cam someone convert the code in to hex please,and the micrchip is PIC16F688.

Download SDCC from here sdcc.sourceforge.net
You'll almost certainly need to play with the headers etc.

Have a dig on the project website - surely they give you a hex file for it ?
You want a C compiler
