Does anyone have any information on patenting fashion accessories?

Some details, links, recommendations, and insight will be great.

Assuming you're asking about the US (since laws are different elsewhere):

Patents mostly cover technological inventions, which fashion accessories probably aren't.

However, there is a category called "design patent" which is essentially the physical equivalent of copyright, and is used to protect the appearance of something. Generally that appearance has to be sufficiently unique that it is Extremely Clear that anyone who makes something similar is deliberately copying yours.

If you really want to know more about patents, the US Patent Office has a website which contains a LOT of good information about what patents are and aren't.

What are you trying to accomplish? Patent may not be the right way to do it.

You probably shouldn't bother - patents are money and hassle.
Look at other bits of law like trademarks and copyright.
