Does anyone know about Suspension Yoga, How to make one cheap and safe?

Suspension Yoga is made by OmGym and consists of a hammock, and four foot/hand holds, that tie to a tree. It is a really cool thing I would love to practice monkey skills on! Thanks!

On this one, I would let the pros do it... it has 6 handle with a sling and comes in a little backpack. They just upgraded the adjustment system and added a removable cushion too. The materials alone run well over $100 and the time will be about 4 hours after you have them. Plus, it's triple stitched and made with recycled material and comes with an instructional guide and looks beautiful. I have 4 of them. They're awesome. I got them from omgym.com and use them every day. Kids love em.

Hi, this is a late response.. I just saw this posting and you may also want to check out a Tree Yoga Multi-Sling. Very portable and extremely easy to set-up. It helps my back and I teach small group classes with the slings. They cost about $99. See http://www.treeyoga.org or watch my video
thanks and good luck! Todd, Yogawerx
