Does anyone know if there is a way to connect a disposable camera circuit board to be a flashlight?

Does anyone know if there is a way to keep the flash on constanly?

No. The flash unit is a strobe, it is powered by a build of of charge, sometimes you can hear it, its a high pitched wine. When the capacitor is fully charged then it can be flashed. The voltage surges the flash bulb and it goes off all at once in a fraction of a second. There is no filament or LED or anything like that. Its basically voltage powering through a charged gas and causing it to produce light.
The xenon tube requires a large discharge from the 330V capacitor but if you remove the capacitor and replace the xenon tube with a florescent light it might stay on constantly.

+1. Firing the flash tube continuously -- or as continuously as that small tube can handle without melting down -- would require a constant high-voltage supply capable of delivering the necessary current.

What do you actually want to accomplish? There's probably a better way to do it.
