Does anyone know where I can find somebody to help me make an iPhone app?

Apple forums, coding forums, internet, local technology-type shops, etc.. There's also a lot of books about iPhone coding at Barnes & Noble or other bookstores that could help you.

Technology Forums, Craigslist, place an ad in an appropriate journal.  There are any number of ways to reach the people you need, but more importantly you're going to need to consider development costs.
