English to Spanish translation for Rubbing compound? Jewelers rouge?

Hola. I do get by in every day English, but specific terms are a challange. I tried a web search but did not find it. How would you translate those terms? Can you recomend a "handy man" web /site English-Spanish diccionary ? Gracias

Basically: Polish is the most mild treatment, cleaner is intermediate, and rubbing compound is the most aggressive removal of paint.

My usual trick was not entirely successful. This is to look up the term in Wikipedia...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abrasive
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auto_detailing
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron%28III%29_oxide#Polishing
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cerium%28IV%29_oxide#Applications
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lapping

...and switch to Spanish using the button on the lower left side of the page.
http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abrasivo
http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%93xido_de_hierro_%28III%29
http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%93xido_de_cerio_%28IV%29

But I'm afraid the Spanish version of Wikipedia isn't as complete as the English, when it comes to auto maintenance. This technique is usually more helpful.

I also found this page on rubbing compound, which says that it contains diatomaceous earth.
