Extended Home networking Ideas?

So if you google "Home networking" you will come up with a ton of articles about home networking "basics", well I have reached the point where basic is just not enough. I have ..... 9 or 10 computers....and I want to do something to expand my network even more (not really in size but in awsomeness), my house is wired with cat 5e and has wireless. I guess im at the medium level of networking knowledge, I dont know how to program unless its HTML but I definatley know my way around a computer. My network consists of three desktops, one attached to an LCD TV as a media center, one is just a workstation and the other soon will be in the gameroom as a media center. I also have three wireless laptops connecting to my wireless router, one operational thinclent connected to my FTP server through RDP and two networked printers.  I'll attach a diagram
