HOW TO POWER ON A OLD CAME RA FLASH LIGHT?

I HAVE A OLD NIKON CAMERA I TOOK OUT THE FLASHLIGHT FROM IT THEN I FOUND THREE WIRES !
NOW WHAT I AM SUPPOSED TO DO HOW TO POWER IT ON I HAVE A  9VOLT DIRECT DC POWER SUPPLY .
CAN ANY BODY TELL ME HOW TO SWITCH IT ON I WANT A BRIGHT LIGHT IN MY TEST FACILITY A SMALL ONE!
I JUST WANT IT ON ! BY ANY MEANS!

REGARD'S SAMAD HAQUE

There is no need to yell at us. ;)

You will want to pull out the charge circuit from the camera if you want to drive the light. Like Rick said its a camera flash and wasn't designed to stay on all the time.

It's a flash light so it won't light all the time - only in very brief flashes - You will need a high voltage source - usually a charged capacitor and trigger voltage - the 3rd wire.

You can get a bad shock from flash guns.
