:-) I don't speak Dutch, no.  I speak a small amount of Spanish and a little American Sign Language. Haha! How do you say hello in Canadian?

If it's a stranger or a superior, "Hello, eh?"  If it's your friend, "Hello, hoser!" is usually appropriate.

Usually "hello" will suffice, unless you happen to be in Quebec.  Then it's "bonjour."

Haha, thanks. I must confess I was curious as to what you'd answer - sort of like the politician who talked about speaking Mexican. ;)

To greet someone in ASL, you can either just wave and smile, or more formally, put your hand to the side of your head and sort of salute.
