Help with my supplies?

I have 2 units of 4" woofers of 4 Ohms and 25 watt RMS with a frequency response of 40Hz ~ 170Hz
2 Units of 3'' loudspeakers  4 Ohms and 10 Watts RMS with a frequency response of 160Hz ~ 20Khz
and these tweeters 
Can I make a 3way Speakers with these supplies and if yes please send me the crossover and L Pad schematics.

What to write in the frequency
What crossover frequency do you want between the 2 speakers? The tweeters already have a built in crossover so they will only get the frequencies they can handle and filtering everything else out. So focus on your mids and subs. Look at there frequency response. See where the response range of the mids overlaps the range of the subs. Pick a value somewhere in there.

Update on my supplies the tweeters i have are damaged so now i have the following

2, 4" Sub-woofers 4Ohms Frequency: 40Hz ~ 170Hz 25 Watt RMS

2, 4" Loudspeakers 4Ohms 5 Watt RMS

2, 3" Loudspeakers 4Ohms Frequency: 160Hz ~ 20KHz 10 Watt RMS

These are the supplies I have now and can I make two 3 Way Speakers.
And how to make a 3 Way Crossovers
Look at major electronic suppliers like Mouser.

Any speakers can be put together in the same housing if you have the right L-pad for them so the amp can handle them better. You don't need a crossover for any of the speakers but it will help to get better bass response from the subs. You don't need a 3 way crossover for this. The 2 way is fine and you can use the high pass the calc gives you on both sets of mids. All your doing here with the crossover if cutting the low frequency from the mids for clear mid and high range sound and cutting out the mid and high from the subs for better bass reproduction.

Then how to make L Pads
I know I am asking a little too more but can you calculate and give me the schematics instead of a link to a calculator?????
I gave you the link to the calc so you can learn how to do this for yourself rather than people just giving you an answer. All the information you need is available at that link. The schematics are also shown in the link. As for the L-Pad, just look at the bottom of the page for the L-pad calc. As you can see the L-pad is just a couple of resistors that keep the load "seen" by the amplifier constant, affecting only the power delivered to the speaker. Now you can use a couple of resistors or take the value needed and by an L-pad switch witch will cost more. You can place the resistors in front of or behind the components used for the crossover. It doesn't matter where they go as long as the 1 is inline with the positive and the 2nd bridges the 2 wires.
