How can I fix my canoe yoke?

I got a fiberglass canoe for free, the catch is that the yoke is broken free from the body of the canoe, this makes 1 man portaging a little tricky and leaves the canoe itself a little wobbly.

The canoe is fiberglass like i said, as is the yoke and it's broken off clean at the seam where it joins the canoe.
