i am 29 years old, i am very thin & my weight is just 46 kilogram,
how can i increase my weight in a month.

I would say a strict fast food diet.

i am 5'7" tall.
You'd be unhealthily underweight then.
Do you have trouble eating e.g. carbohydrates, or eating at all?

I do not seem hungry

Difficult, appetite-stimulation isn't easy. I wouldn't recommend drugs but it's an idea.

Why do you think you need to increase your weight?
Why does it have to be in just a month?

Crash diets, in either direction, are NEVER healthy.

If you're serious about this, I would strongly suggest asking a doctor or physical therapist rather than random strangers on the Internet. They'll be able to tell you whether your goal is reasonable or if you're going to hurt yourself. Free medical advice -- and this is a medical question! -- is not worth what you paid for it.

You may not be able to, you may not need to

Find out your Body mass index (only a guide) you can find plenty of sited that will work it out for you and explain it.

Some (lucky) people remain thinish no matter how they eat. You may jusy be one of them.

In general protein and body building exercise will improve your shape but it may take lnoger than a month unless you can dedicate 7 days a week to it.
I must say it is easier to lose weight then gain weight!
