How can I make a small motor for an old scooter I have from junk?

I have an old scooter and wanted to motorize it I have some motor parts form my uncles motorcycle but I wonder if there was a cheaper and easier way to do it

If the parts don't add up to being a working motor, then you have a problem. If you don't have the parts you need or the knowledge to get them assembled and working then you may be better off getting another working motor. Try something simple and small like a weed-wacker motor. Ultimately you'll need to have some idea of how the engine functions and how to install it to a drive axle, so if you don't, then getting some books, learning off the internet, or following a specific plan might be easier for you. It's also important to decide from the start if you want to use an electric motor or if you'll be using a combustion engine that would require some kind of fuel.

if i dont have the parts i can make them
Then to answer your question, no there isn't an easier way (unless someone just give you a working motorized scooter).

motors and engines are easy to understand but money is the problem

I don't see how cheaper you can get with the motor on hand.
Maybe someone will weld it for free for you....... :-)
