Do you have a composite-video-in?
For example: https://www.instructables.com/id/AV-Selector-Box/

Try looking for a USB capture card. That should do nicely.

The most time-effective method for a lot of tapes being transferred is to buy a DVD recorder, and skip the computer all together. Just run the RCA cables out of the back and into the recorder, and you don't have to worry about storage space (obviously video takes up quite a bit) and such. DVD recorders can be bought new for under $100, and I'm sure you can find used ones much cheaper than that.

The Dazzle Video Creator can do it simply. My daughter uses it to capture Wii Games as well.

YOu need a video-USB capture box to do it. They are not very expensive, and usually come with the software you need to create files for the DVD.
