Not sure what group you mean, but since your in tech, if you mean a "work group" on computers then the procedures as followed: Right click my computer, properties, tab computer name, and click on change. Another window will pop up letting you change your work group name. This feature allows peer to peer interactions with another computer. Just make sure your work group name is same for all computers for this to work.
