My question was how do I get rid of my hernia ?

To all who gave me their best - THANK YOU for your comments
( I really was expecting a few people to actualy think outside the box )
I have it under control now and it is getting smaller each day,
I have been experimenting on myself with great results so once it is completely
gone I will strengthen those muscles that keep my guts from falling out and share
this with my family, thanks again - Thomas

There are some things that duck tape and super glue just can't fix. Unless you feel proficient in self surgical techniques it would be prudent to find someone who does know what to do. If you do some looking you might be able to find somewhere that can give you a good price, possibly a free clinic. It depends on where you live. But this is definitely one of those times when the adage of "a stitch in time saves nine"could apply in a big way.

Surgery. I've had it done. Piece of cake.

build a time machine and go back to a time when you didn't have it and be more careful this time.

Or just let a doctor fix it.

Rub it with the back of a dead toad and bury...oh wait that's for warts.
Go see a doctor.

Do you bury the wart or the toad?

Free medical advice on the Internet is not worth what you paid for it. SEE A DOCTOR. NOW.

Laproscopic surgery (I'm sure I've misspelled it) is what they used to repair mine (and is what they use for most hernia surgeries, barring major complications, which can arise if you wait too long).
I was in at 7am (a little early for the operation) and out by noon. Plan on taking a week at home.
Hernias will only get worse if you don't get it repaired, and can get suddenly much, much worse. Look up strangulated hernia.
If you are a US citizen and don't have medical insurance, I don't know what you should do, other than get medical insurance and immediately book your surgery.
Regardless, immediately book your surgery.
+1.
See a doctor, there comes a point when surgery is probably the only option, since the muscles won't close up again.
